Cupcake Recipe

(requires adult supervision)
Makes 12 cupcakes

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup water
1 package cupcake mix

Preheat oven to 350°F
Cream shortening until light and fluffy in a medium mixing bowl.
Add eggs, water and cupcake mix.
Blend together thoroughly. Beat for 1-2 minutes.
Place liners in cupcake pan and pour mixture to about 2/3 height.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
