Marshmallow Recipe

(Use with Adult Supervision)

Approximately 14 servings (6 g each)

Marshmallow Mix
1/2 Cup Hot Tap Water
Powdered Sugar
Sanding Sugar (colored)

Lightly oil and dust an 8” square cake pan with powdered sugar. Place mix in small mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup hot tap water and mix with electric mixer on low speed or 1 minute. Then, mix on high speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Pour into cake pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Sprinkle sanding sugar on marshmallow. Cut out desired shapes using cookie cutters. Lift shapes onto plate and enjoy.

KEEP MARSHMALLOW REFRIGERATED.
